First time grower and I think she may be done or a few weeks to go.
I don't have anything to look at the trisomes with so I'm just going off looks. Please tell me if I should cut it down and dry it or wait and if so how long. Thanks.

Is she an auto, it looks ruderalis and if so it looks very premature, it could have been stunted. I would let her go longer but the true way to tell is with a loupe. Experiment with chopping buds from the first sight of amber till 10-50% amber and see what suits you.

Look at the white pistils, when they recede into the buds and the few remaining are Amber you are as close as you can be without having something to look at the triches.

There's barely any flower there bruh. I'd max it. I'd hit it with one more feeding, then flush as they start to Amber, then I'd quit watering all together until the pistols are at like 90% red\brown, then chop... I personally feel if I'm going to grow a plant out, might as well max its potential.

Thanks all I'm gonna give it till near the end of October then.
Same here....Outdoors and a first time grower. To me my plants "looked" ready and thought about chopping. Instead I bought a 60x-100x mini microscope on Amazon for $14. Told me 7-10 days for shipping but received it in 2 days! To my surprise NONE of them were ready yet and the smaller lower buds were even further behind. Thank God I didn't chop!
Do yourself a favor and get something to see the trich's to ensure a successful first grow. Not to mention you can continue using it for many future grows.

Smoke 24-7,

Have you any pics of that harvest or bud at all?
Thank you for your interest.
First to anyone interested, here is the link to the pocket microscope: http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B000P8AUMU?psc=1&redirect=true&ref_=ox_sc_act_title_1&smid=A12X5DTXXCSU8U
Please note my grow was done out of Spring boredom and bag seed. With being completely clueless and a total noob I started as basic and as cheap as possible just to see if it could be done. I used the pots I had on hand, leftover soil from my planted flowers, tap water, and outdoor sunshine on my back deck, and my bedroom closet for 12 hours dark.
I started with 38 seeds (hoping at least 1 would make it). Surprisingly all but 2 sprouted. However between the damn cat eating almost 3/4 of my seedlings, numerous emergency moves to less than optimal locations, and lack of knowledge I ended up with 6 females and 4 of them *hermied*. :( I ended up with 1 decent and 1 stunted dwarf.
The stunted one is still growing and the decent one I trimmed what was ready and left the rest to finish.
Here are the pics of the 2 plants and the less than stellar buds that are drying waiting to cure. Overall I am hoping for about an 1/8 and a buzz, but it will be MY buzz and what I have learned is priceless and will help for future grows now that I know I can do it and I'm willing to spend the money for seeds and an indoor set up. Any questions or comments feel free to reply.

Thanks monkey. I agree the dwarf still isn't ready. I should of clarified, the first 2 pictures are almost a month old. The only new picture is the picture of the wet trim harvested bud(5 days ago). Those were the ones from the top of the bigger plant that the pistals had receded and started to turn brown and the trich's were cloudy. I chopped them before they started to degrade and didn't want to be left without any yield if the smaller/less advanced buds never completely finish. We had a surprise cold snap with lots of rain and damp weather. To me all the knowledge I gained for trial and error and noob mistakes, as well as all the info I learned reading RIU to me is worth its weight in gold.

Here are some cell phone up close pics of the buds I chopped. I took these 10 day prior when the pistals first started receding.
