Pretty clear she has been overfed. For the bottom to go that dry you might have salt build up or poor drainage/root rot. Is the bottom of the stalk by soil mushy or soft? Have you sprayed anything oil based on the leaves?

its indoor the bottom is soft i water every 5-7 days with nutes in a gallon of water, i recently transplanted it too like a 4 or so weeks and alot of the root came off accedentaly. ive been using this to take care of it ive been watering with arrowhead 100% spring water should i use my well water instead ?IMG_20151006_220227.jpg

Looks like a mix between over feeding and the plant being constantly wet IMO And since you say you were feeding everytime you watered I could see how it got that way Plus the damage you say you did transplanting doesn't help none either. I'd start over less nutes and practice good watering habits Good luck

It's real hard to tell from the pics take afew without your flash on and when the leafs are dry
But what I can see is you have the "claw" nitrogen toxicity and it looks like you could be over watering how heavy is the pot it's real easy to over water in a big pot and that pots huge for the plant is see its a converted laundry type tote do you have holes in it and a lot of them
