and it only costs $2 and you can file from your computer. no need to go to the courts
if you need changes, file the amendments kit for $75...if you can't afford the $75, there's a fee waiver included and all you have to do is provide proof of income and you get that waived.
here's a link for anyone interested-http://johnturmel.com/amend you'll get stayed and then need to apply for Leave to Appeal. if enough of us do this then they HAVE to pay attention!
i have filed mine and am waiting to be heard in the Supreme Court. it takes a few months so I don't expect anything until after the election...the lady at the SCoC said they aren't affected by the election as we have seen in the past but probably not until after it

This is what happens if you are/were in the mmar. If you're unlucky enough to be stuck in the mmpr due to when you were perscribed mmj then you just file a goldstar claim and it will be stayed pending the outcome of allard. But you don't file for an amendment kit or leave of appeal because people in the mmpr never had the right to grow so neither of those things apply to us. Oh and good luck in court jeff. A win for one is a win for all of us! In the end it will all matter.

very true. the ammend kit is for those affect by the Allard case injunction. if you are not MMAR, the only thing for you to file is Goldstars. that's your best shot at repeal

Just making it clear because I want everyone suffering under the mmpr like myself to know the differences in how we go forward. Where and when do you get infront of a judge(s) at the scoc level?

i'm filed in Ottawa so they will let me know via email and phone call. that's the way they told me that Justice Dawson dismissed my first kick at the can that way.
the SCoC told me it would sti;ll be a few months before it's heard so as many as can be filed, let's get filed. the more voices, the louder our noise

As far is I can tell turmel isn't making a cent off goldstars. Jeff correct me if I'm wrong but turmel just prepared a general statement of claim template for us to use and he doesn't collect any of the "proceeds" from anyone filing and winning.

I'll try my hardest to be in the public gallery if you ever get in front of the scoc. I have some airmiles and a place to stay close to Ottawa. Just need to know 6mon or so I'm advance.
