Your set up is similar to mine I'm just a little smaller. 4×2×5. Aeroponic system with fogger. Got two plants. I find anything good I'll post it here!

Best approach IMO is a 200-250 watts over every 2x2 or 2.5 x 2.5.

IMO 3000K for straight flower run with high red /low blue
4000K for full cycle with the high red /high blue
5000K for veg with low red/high blue
4000K for full cycle with the high red /high blue

So if I'm looking for a high yield say 1000g and looking to grow it in a 2'×2' space. And want to use the same light from clone to harvest 200-250 -watt system with high red and high white is what I'm looking for? Thank you for all your help in advice in advance!

Ok guys and girls I know I'm being a pain but I think i have a better choice now just want to make sure. My biggest questions are. 1 how much would this light yeild and 2 will is this the appropriate light for a full grow(clone-harvest)? CXA3070 LED Grow light from Optic grow lights. I think that will be a real hard thing to achieve in a 2x2 if not impossible. Best I can see out of that space is 250 grams. You will need at least 800 ppfd to get that number. If I was in that space I'd do a multi level scrog. Low profile pots and a screen. Double your space essentially.

Just to make sure I understand...you want to harvest 1000g in a 2x2 area with ~250w...is that right? I think you will need a bigger space and a lot more light...sorry if I misunderstood

I have a 2×4×5 grow tent so I might be able to work with a little more. Another thing to note is my aeroponic system is kind of tall about 16" from the floor. So what what I'm hearing is I need a bigger tent in order to get a pound

2 200watt optic CXB3070 4000K will rock that area full cycle. Its same area I am using roughly. And plan on pullin 400g or better this run. I use Vero29 ,but CXB will kill it in there .

There's no way you could get 1kg in a 2'x2' space. 250g if you're lucky with a heavy yielding strain in such an area, even with the top quality LEDs.
'High white' doesn't actually mean much as any white is a combination of RGB.
