Anybody dealt with A2 Genetics Project?

I guess a buddy of mine is in need of quite a few clones and hes thinking about getting them there. I don't know anything about them, I figured I'd try to find out if they're legit before he wastes his money.

I directed him to Genotype A2 (just because I've been there and know they're legit) but I guess he didn't like the prices, which I have to admit are on the steep side.

I looked the menu and they have some good stuff on there. Anybody have any experience with this place?

Didn't like Genotype's prices? Lol They sell elite cuts for $50 when others charge $500.

Finally got your your mega-cbd cannatonic Huel!!!! :-)

believe genotypeA makes cbd strains available for a fraction of the elite donation.

star tonic is a nice strain, check that one out. has anyone grown out the cbd-dennis hopper kush yet, how is it?

Ok, so is that a yes to A2 genetics or is everyone just saying yes to Genotype A? Lol

I already know Genotype A is legit, I picked up a couple nice clones from there in the past. Then again some people have an issue paying $50 for clones. He is one of those people ha.

I guess I'm just gonna sit back and let him do his thing, hopefully he doesn't have any issues or get burned, but if so oh well. We all have to choose our own path.

Gotta spend money to make money that what Ive always learned, always good quality genetics there so its worth it, bought at least 15 strains from them never had a bug, mildew, mold or anyting.

Are we speaking of two different sources? I only place faith in genotypeA, the other is an unknown entity.

Yeah 2 different places. 1 is and Genotype A and the other is A2 Genetics Project.

I already know about Genotype A. I was just seeing if anyone had experience with the other one.

Just talked to him again and he said its a club thats delivery only and all clones are $15. Guess that explains why theres no location listed on their site lol.

Honestly, I'm kind of hoping they're legit now because there are a few strains on their list is like to try. I'm very careful about what I put in my garden though so since hes determined on getting him from there I guess he'll be our test subject :)

Who's charging $500 for clones?

I'm going to give Genotype A another whirl, but their Skywalker OG is pretty average IMO. I don't feel like $50 was some bargain for that cut. I'm getting verified cuts of SFV OG, Hells Angels OG, and Ghost OG from out of state. We'll see how those stack up to Genotypes offerings...

Sounds good, I picked up the Ghost OG from Genotype A a few months ago so we'll see how they compare, it was $50 just like most of the ones they had when I was there.

About to throw them into flower in a week or 2.

Actually another buddy of mine told me last week theres someone selling gorilla glue clones for $250 in se MI so I know clone scalping is going on for sure.

People have paid thousands for those SFV and Ghost OG cuts you just mentioned over the years. Same thing with the different GSC cuts, and GG4 a couple years ago. Whatever the new cup winning hyped up strain is...

If your out of state clones are the real deal, they'll be the same ones that GenotypeA has.

I'm hoping they're the same, cuz that would be super convenient to be able to zip up there and grab whatever. Unfortunately I'm hearing mixed reviews. SFV OG for example. A couple members here that I have no reason not to believe are saying Genotypes SFV is not the real deal. Most likely swerves S1 of the original.

I don't know what to think, so I figure I'll compare what I get to their cuts and figure it out for myself.

Edit: and for the record, I have no problems paying $50 for a good cut. Shit, I'll pay 3-4x that. You know that. But that Skywalker OG was a waste of time. I wouldn't pay $5 for that let alone $50.

Stow- what didn't ya like about the Skywalker? Too viney?

I thought the bud was real good, decent yielder..just too hard to control..leaning all over the place n taking up too much room.

Oh I agree. All I'm saying is the first one I tried from them wasn't "a proven winner" in my estimation. If I found that pheno in a pack of seeds it wouldn't be kept around. I guess I was just expecting something very good to great, and to me it was just average. I'll try them again though. Certainly won't write them off over one strain.

I never thought Skywalker was really considered an elite, but then again I really don't know enough about her to make that call. A friend of mine grew her and liked her but I never got to see the garden in action, just a jar of the final product and it didn't smell like an OG.

I have personally grown the SFV OG and Ghost OG from them (back when it was the Garden Club, before GenotypeA) and vouch for both being the real deal. I think I remember us talking about these before but I'll say it again, SFV is amazing and one of my all time favorites. Ghost is up there as well but doesn't yield nearly as well.
