Quick question about my shatter

Ok after getting my nucleation issues resolved via some spot on advice in my other thread, I have a new question that can hopefully be resolved just as easily (hopefully I'm just making another noob mistake that needs to be corrected)

My problem is that my shatter won' shatter all the time. My last batch and the current one are sticky, kind of like toffee. My current batch has been in my vac chamber (at around 95.5 degrees F) for going on 5 days now. I'm thinking it shouldn't take that long, so maybe I'v messed something up along the way.

I'm wondering, since I'm purging qwiso, if possibly the polar solvent I'm using is pulling some compuonds out of the plant material that are preventing my final product from hardening all the way? I do 2 washes, shaking for 25 seconds each, and thats it. I've had luck with that before, but apparently it was just luck since I can't get this shit to work now. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

For what it's worth here's what I'm getting vacuum wise. It's the best my pump will do, I'm guessing since I live at a higher elevation I'm not going to get the same vacuum as I would at sea level. Or maybe they just sold me a weak pump.

Sounds like that second wash does extract some stuff I don't want then. I'm guessing this wouldn't be an issue with a non polar solvent like butane.
