The Grow More Fuego product was developed a few decades ago as a supplement for vegetable crops grown in sandy carbon-deficient soils and originally not licensed for sale in the U.S. The dosage for row crops as a foliar spray is 1-2 quarts per acre, 2-3 times during the life of the crop. More recently the label was updated for agricultural sales in the U.S., and in the last 2 years a version was created for sale in cannabis boutique shops and labeled "Mendocino Fuego".

For the specific case of your crop grown in inert media, I could see it as an upgrade to Humic/Fulvic Acid products. For crops grown in a true soil or an organically-supplemented media, the elements in Fuego are already present and the "boost" you see from the product is from its nitrogen content.

Very glad I checked with you, I was over feeding by huge amounts with the schedule I was on (not one of your schedules), I mean as much as 5 times too much per gallon with each product so after using 6 different products I was really nuking them. The only thing is I was getting lock out rather than nutrient burn, so I didn't notice anything other than slower growth really, and poor yields. I don't like sounding like a commercial for anyone but I will not be switching away from grow more products. One on one the products really out perform any I've tried, which are too numerous to mention, but the real boost is when you use them in conjunction with each other. The products seem to be built to compliment one another in such a way your really missing out not using them all together. The changes speak for themselves and the finished quality is a night and day difference over my previous full line up I used of the pH perfect variety.

I've looked back and haven't found anything yet, but is there a description as far as flushing? I'm using the #275 schedule still, with original ingredients.

"Flushing" is a misunderstanding by amateur growers. Depending on the fertilizer, plants have an uptake and total processing time of 5 to 15 days. In professional agriculture we do not fertilize/fertigate within a week of harvest because it is a waste of resources. Instead we just irrigate normally -- and if the pH of the water supply is inappropriate we will provide an adjustment so the plants will not be subject to pH shock.

Hey there I was looking for some more info on Grow More's Avalanche product. I know it claims to be a flower hardener but it also states it has a substance known to may cause cancer in the state of California. Is Grow More just crossing it's Ts and an actual safe product or is it just a Gravity like product with a harmful pgr? Thanks for any info!

You must be smokin' some good stuff!

Actually Avalanche is manufactured from start to end in Gardena CA. I sent it to Beckman-Coulter labs when it came out. There's no "rat poison" in it. The main active ingredient is alfalfa extract. I don't have it in my formulations because I think the Jump Start product is a better value.

Glad I wrote my schedules down I needed ,sorry to see you go. My end results are insane compared to the way they used to look! I grew good numbers before using advanced, but what finished now looks like the ad shots and the effects just make me look like I know what I'm doing. The lasting effect times are doubled, taste, potency and no choke I'm impressed. My question is can I mix my water and nutrients in advance and save it for a few days, or should it be used shortly after mixing it.

Hermitian, I guess I didn't get series 20 wrote down or saved, I must have lost it somewhere. I'm still using your #275 haven't ran out of that schedule nutes yet, but is it possible to get a copy of series 20. I only ask cause there isn't a better schedule anywhere and I understand retirement, so out of respect if you can't it's still appreciated.

Hey Hermitian, sorry to see you go. Mon was wondering if u had a feed schudle for grow more 15-16-17?

Mon been using it for years, just curious. Also Mon noticed it's not available for quite a while since 2014? Mon was wondering if you could recommend something similar to replace it?

Mons in coco, also is there a reason grow more ceased to make 15-16-17? Should mon stop using it or shd he finish his bag of nutes?

Would you say jacks 16-16-16 would be similar?

Thanks in advance.

Grow More currently has over 1200 fertilizer formulas, about 400 of which are in regular production and the majority sold in pallet quantities for commercial agriculture; i.e., not your crop.

The reason you do not see 15-16-17 available from retailers is because demand by consumers is low. However it continues to be purchased in pallet quantities by large commercial nurseries for maintenance of plant inventories.

If you are looking for an alternative to 15-16-17, I suggest Grow More Sea Grow 16-16-16.

I was using maxsea 16-16-16 for 2yrs and it turns out great. Then I went to my hydro store and I ask the guy what's the difference between maxsea 16-16-16 grow more sea grow 61-16-16 he said they're the exact same thing except grow more sea grow is just cheaper so I wanted to save around $30 and bought the grow more sea grow 16-16-16 brought it home open it up and it's nothing like the maxsea 16-16-16. It smells horrible and it damps up and wet but I still used it and my plants didn't grow much so I said fk it and went and bought a bucket of maxsea 16-16-16 and after 2 feeds my plant started to grow a lot better.

Nope, no foliar spray. I was looking into bio cozyme because I seen it was a grow more product and I think it's only $12 at my hydro store. I use the hygrozyme is there any difference between the two besides the price and why is it beneficial to use both the products?
I know this is an old thread but do you mean any difference other than the fact that Bio-Cozyme isn't an enzymatic product, as stated on the bottle? That is the big difference. Hygrozyme contains 1,000 U/mL cellulase, 100 U/mL xylanase, 75 U/mL hemicellulase and 40 U/mL beta-glucanase, which are also complimented by a unique blend of additional hydrolytic enzymes. Bio-Cozyme is derived from alfalfa meal, barley meal, blood meal, kelp meal. Apples and oranges.
