alright already afrawfraw, we get it, you're totally committed... some people have bills, rent, families to feed ect... not everyone is riding in on a white horse, nor does everyone have good intentions... but all this fighting is not doing anything other than riling folks up, which we don't need... don't you have enough stress in your day??? do you really want to manufacture more on your off time??? spitting on honest folks trying to help people at tremendous personal and financial risk does not seem to be compassionate to me... so please, knock it off already, you've more than made your point... once you get the doors open at your "model dispensary" THEN YOU MAY PREACH... until then, stop trying to lecture everyone... thank you...

lastly, having done quite a bit of work at/for npo's, the ultimate question is how much money are you planning on losing during the first three years or so??? npo means npo... unless you are doing it out of your own home (which you already own, ect) you are going to have fixed expenses like rent, heating, ac, water ect... those things cost money... if you're gonna help 5 patients at 42$ per month, you're not gonna pay any kind of rent with less than 250 dollars per month... how far are you really prepared to take this thing??? how long until you look at the pile of bills and say f--- this??? how are you going to pay yourself and your crack team of custom hydro setup professionals??? not trying to knock your model, you're doing the gods' work, but seriously, how sustainable is this thing???

Good points, all around. After speaking with Afrawfraw, I think his heart is in the right place, like you point out. I do not want to discourage him from doing something good for patients. I will let him worry about the sustainability of his project, and I hope it takes off for him.

Overall, we all have so many dreams in the marijuana industry. I know nl3004.kind supports your idea, Afrawfraw, but he also wants to defend another group of people who are also fighting what we think is the good fight, too. I am excited that we have so many passionate people in our community, and we should all look forward to the day when our influence is felt to the fullest.

Due to a very prompt and professional response from the owner addressing my concerns, I have changed my previous negative post to positive. Customer service matters, and Matt knows that.
the Cannabliss owner: a good business man, has contacted me, and apologized for the unprofessional behavior that was a one time slip up, and promised to address it within his employees. This is how a bad customer service experience should be treated. I would like to commend him, and say that even if you have a bad experience here, Matt will do his utmost to make it better and make sure it never happens again.
