Pursuant to Alaska Statutes, 17.38.083, the Marijuana Control Board is holding a meeting on August 31 and September 1, 2015 to review proposed draft regulations relating to Set 2, Articles 1, 3, and 7 and written public comments received relating to those articles. No public testimony will be taken during this meeting.

Comments relating to other draft regulations will not be taken or considered during this meeting. Comments relating to draft regulations set 3 must be submitted during the time frames and in the manner set forth in the Set 3 public notice.

The meeting will begin at 9:00 a.m. The public call in number for the meeting is 1-800-315-6338; code 69173#. The meeting will be via video conference from two locations across the state. The locations are:

·3601 C St (The Frontier Building), Rooms 880, 890 & 896, Anchorage, Alaska, 99501
·333 Willoughby 9th Floor, Conference Room A, DCCED, Juneau, AK 99801.
