nutrients for autoflowering?

when and how much nutrients do I use? I plan on starting some autoflowering ak-48 seeds. Any help on the subject would be appreciated.

autos dont usually want much nutes till week 5 so keep it nutes light like clone light

when I start seeing signs of sex do I give them the flora bloom?

an auto usually shows sex at about 5 weeks but is still very small most of an autos growth is weeks 5-9 and auto at 5 weeks can only be a few inches tall with some strains and still finish out at 2-3 or more autos like a fair amount of N till mid flower so try to wing off of the N as you add more P slowly through weeks 5-9 this is real general info with not knowing what strain, nutes, exc

welcome to auto flowers ........they take out the light varible but feeding skill will increase each time u plant a strain (count the first as a baseline then improve)

no it is a myth that they only like food at a set time .....they are plants they will drawl food out of the soil like other plants feeding them is just a bonus to the plant (as it does not need to break it down already in a form can use )...with a strong light right balance of feed/water/time u can get great results

i grown now for 3 years here is some of what i know (6/7 gallon planters)
a starting plant plant only needs 1 quart of water .......in the water u mix Rooting feeds at full str ..Grow feed at 50% str
water the outside in .......when it gets 2 nodes increase the water to half gallon and mix in full power rooting grow branching feeds
when it gets to 4/5 nodes u want to be near 3/4 of a gallon
when u see the plant stretch out in preflowering ........keep it at 50/50 mix of grow/bloom rooting should keep going until stretch stops
when the stretch stops and the sites open change to a 25/75 mix on grow and bloom stop rooting and start adding your bloom stackers
then u see the sites stopped u go to a full bloom ...by now u should be at a gallon of a water keep with bloom feed and stackers
u see the leaves geting yellow at the bottom and heading to middle .....reduce your bloom geed increase on your stackers/resin builders ...at mid point to upper lvl yellowing stop all feed just water give 3/5 days then u can flush 24hours of light then 3 days of total darkness cut it

Mine will be in DWC so I it's going to be a little different maybe hydro isn't the way to go with autos and the strain is ak-48 feminized

im no doubt only organic soil grower these days but autos blow up in hydro you shouldent have any problems hydro vs soil with an auto

I have am doing it with a 2 ft 4 bulb t5 though give me a couple weeks I'm just waiting for the seeds to come

note if u do this u are the plants bitch when it goes to flowering u will need to re PH the water every 4 to 6 hours ......throw out the koolbloom toss it no good for autos

Why is your PH so unstable? You never should need to re-PH every 4 hours.

BioNova has a AutoFlower Supermix, that I've found quite good. Some PK for the flowering is recommended, but any bloom booster should work as as well.
Half of Lucas also been working just fine for me(1ml micro, 2ml bloom/ltr of water) too. Maybe some calmag, where needed, for some strains..

the reason was my ppm was so high the plant would use feed / water and it would tweak it down so i phed it up

have a look at the pics ....the root mass itself was displacing 1 and half gallons of water so a 4 gallon system was only 2 1/2 gallons at the end ............if i had a large water system the PHing would of been every 12 hours or so

this was a monster plant took a 4x4x6 tent up all of it

Hi thought I'd chip in I've been running a custom made Dwc system which holds 40 litres of water. Its in a cupboard which is 3 feet by 3 feet by 6 feet and a 400 watt duel spectrum light. Venting is by a 6 inch fan and filter temps stay at around 24 and res temps stay cool it's pretty tuned in. Ph is stable check once a day most of the time it's stayed around the same.

And I use plant magic grow and Bloom I use 1 ml per litre when the roots are hanging out side the net pots. Before that just plain water the about 3 week in 2 ml per litre

Wow dude I hope my plants come out as good as that one maybe not so big I got a small area for 5 of them lol

I have a smaller tent and only t5 light so maybe they won't turn into such giants but if they do cool I'll find a way to tie them down lol
