4th week VEG, No growth!

Ive went from Seedling, took a week to germinate, placed into Rockwool cubes then into aeroponic 45G chamber, They have been in aero tub for 4th week as of yesterday, they are about 4-5 inch tall, They seem to be stuck at that height. I started at 390 PPM at 5.8-6.0 PH, 3rd to 4th week bumped PPM to 800-900 at 5.8-6.0 Room is at 70-78 Temp....Are these stunted?

I started 1st week at 18Hours light period, Buddy came over and persuaded me to take off timer and do 24 hours, Did this cause the problem?

BRIGHT GREEN, No burn, They look phenomenal, just figured they would be bigger at this point, seing since aero they grow faster, i was told

Nah they r focusing their energy on root growth ATM, if the roots are well established they should start exploding above the surface anytime now

Im using AN voodoo Juice to stimulate root growth. Trying out the Heavy 16 Veg A/B, Cal/Mg, Voodoo, SuperThrive

looks like you might be over ferting with all that stuff. just because it's in the store doesn't mean it should all be used at once, if that's what you're doing.

Plants reach sexual maturity in about 5 1/2 weeks (provided they've reached a certain amount of growth), so you're well behind schedule. I'm not totally familiar with your set-up, but the wattage of your lights may be the problem. If your buddy knew what you were working with and thought it wasn't sufficient lighting, he may have suggested keeping the lights on 24/7, concluding that its the only way you'll get these girls to grow. If you're not using high pressure sodium / halides of at least 250 watts, then you're not going to see rapid growth, and you won't be able to fertilize your way out of the problem.

I have a T12 6500K and a T5 Grow 6500K bulb on them, and The nutes Im using a Part A/B then Cal/Mag, I also got some Brassinolide steroid, Im not using all the nutes, Just as needed, I do the PartA/B on every res change, figured they need at least something to eat.

I took off the 600HPS due to heat issues and cost $$$, I had a dual T12 fixture put them on that, then just bought a T5 fixture. They seem to like the T5.
