Overwatered! Always wait until the top inch of your soil feels dry, then water. Stick your finger in soil up to your first or second knuckle for testing.

I am using 4 23w cfl and a 2 ft HO T5 fluorescent system. I have a total of 186 lumens right now but adding for my flowering stage.
To figure lumen needed for grow space: L x W x 2000 = lumens needed (example: space 4 x 4 = 16 x 2,000 = 32,000 lumens needed (figure 2,000 lumens per square foot or can figure 40 watts per square ft of coverage (perfer lumens formula)

If you find that over watering isn't your problem, it might be underfeeding. Just throwing that out there, I chased that problem for a while with everyone telling me it was over watering or under watering. Just wanna cover all bases, not saying anyone is right or wrong..

From pictures I see online it seems that you are right. I didn't think I overwatered in the first place but went by others opinion. Just gave it a small dose of fox farms big bloom, so we'll see how it goes.
