I don't see the 1000 people figure being accurate?? I filed back when it happened. The lower number of claimants on the class action should equate to more $ per person?

sure, but again wtf wouldn't people sign up. I just sent the lawyer here a email so we will see what they say.

i don't know enough about willcocks but i have heard and read some interesting things

anyway, CONroy messed us up so much...we need 1 more plaintiff that needed changes with current paperwork but because of that mistake, lots of us are screwed. he discontinued the variance at the higher court where we had a good chance and now i find out he didn't file as a class action....lots of our $$ is being wasted
