New lights input

Im leaving my house now to go find some new lights. I normally use cfls, but am looking into other types.

Whats the best bang for my buck that i can buy in a store? Walmart, home depot, lowes, ect..?

T5 for smaller less engineered setups. Easy heat control and can grow excellent plants.

high output t5's! my lowes does not have any thing, but my home depot does!
