Completely different.
I've come to love mescaline(specifically peyote) more than most others. More is not the right word since they are all different in their own respect. But Mescaline has a very, worry free, anxiety relieving trip to it. LSD will make things awkward, intense at times.. Intense is the last word I could use to describe peyote. Visually, peyote is more of a 'vision quest', you leave this dimension every now and then, for instance when you close you eyes, or day dream, and see symbols within patterns. Things like animals, Gods.. Anything. It is a very deep and eminently spiritual psychedelic. I would say DMT has more similar characteristics to it than anything else. The colors and fractals are there on peyote at all times, like LSD. But kind of like LSD it has a very long trip. A couple of times it has taken peyote a full 4 hours to even kick in on me, then it lasts, for me, anywhere from 12-16 hours. LSD is more of a 6-8.
Peyote picks you up like a cloud and never quite lets you down. What you learn from it, is very meaningful and personal to you. That is if you let it. It has a lot to do with your imagination. You can do anything with it. I've seen music come out of speakers and the others around me could see it too, we've seen buddha aligned with chakras in the sky together in synchronicity. Once, a tree's leaves were bursting into beautiful cherubs. I thought it'd be funny to see if I could even make the trip scary since it was the first time I did it and I was, and still am, quite sure a ten year old could handle a full blown peyote trip. So I imagined demons instead, sure, they came out, but it was only short-lived as they popped into cherubs and trumpets again.

LSD I'm sure you're familiar with, so I took more time to describe peyote.
Such an embracing experience.

I hold that mescaline is as much mdma as sparkly trippyness.

You are loved, cherished, caressed. Your spine is a bundle of piano wires being pleasantly plucked sending thrills through your body as you see warm colors and Indian patterns all around.

Mescaline is mom serving you soup on a cold day. Mushrooms are your stepfather, Stern and unforgiving, as ready with the belt as he is with a complement.

And acid has no human analog. It is a cold kitchen floor. It doesn't care about you either way.

The only problem with mescaline is the stomach stuff that is inherent in the chemical itself.

I do not like peyote, too foggy, too much body load, too grounded, modulated, confused.

peyote is sacred medicine. lsd is a wonderful thing if it's pure and not nbome's or another freaky deeky chem made up in someones basement. You'd need a bunk police test kit, good folks around you and id really like to try peyote honestly but have been warned that you need to be in a GOOD space both mentally and spiritually before injesting. Then again navajo medicine men have been using it to help the tribes alcohol dependance and surprisngly enough it worked!

i want peyote or the mescaline pill. the lame pedro cactus is all i can find
San Pedro is all you need. Just have enough and find a good extraction method. As I saidsa I will never eat peyote again. The last thirty buttons I had I flushed down the toilet long ago.

Sorry about that.

Course I got a new problem.

shrooms shrooms shrooms
never had LSD and according to Bill Maher it doesn't even exist anymore
san pedro is like staring at the wall and cant sleep all night

have you had mescaline hcl? What's your favorite cactus?

I like those analogies. Lol
the foggy thing, I like. Its almost like it was all a dream. The auditory thing is cool too.

I know that when I use peyote somewhat regularly, I am probably the happiest and most whole that I've ever been.
Its good for your immune system too.

I can't say anything negative about peyote except it hurts the tummy.
peyote and ayahuasca have proven to be my 'medicine'.

That's what I've heard about IV LSD.
I did think IV mescaline was instant and effective. Guess my facts weren't straight.
I'd imagine you've tried psilocybin that way?
