Which unit was ya lookin at?
The 120 and the 200 watt light. I was thinking it would be perfect for a 2.5x 2 gorilla tent or secret jardin dr90 3x3 tent. Either 4 plants in the tent or one scog plant. Will have to do my research on then some more but I did see optic had a YouTube video of the 120 watt light with 4 girls under them.

I would use 2- 200watt optic vero29s 3000K in that area or a 360watt if you had ceiling space! The coverage area is better with multiple smaller units over 1 big one! It all depends on how long ya veg to determine plant count! This is the 200 watt flowering a cotton candy cane vegged 40days!

So two 200 waters in a 3x3 tent? My veg wouldn't be long if I didn't scrog. I would use a more shorter indica dominate plant and veg til they are about 8-12 inches max or clones. And flower from there topped and lolly pop if I don't scrog. I though one 200 water is sufficient for a 2x2 grow area.

Well what an interesting week!

I put BW 1 clone 3 in the the dark closet on Saturday with the plan to harvest it on Monday. I had stopped the water to that clone on Thursday.
Well the best laid plans, on Sat. I was working in the shop and got tired so I cut that day short. On Sunday I went back out to the shop and began working, got a little dizzy so I decided to come in and take my blood pressure. I could not get a reading on my monitor, kept getting an error message saying it was either to high or too low to read. I just went to bed to rest, later I was not feeling any better so I call my G/F and she came to my place. On Monday I had absolutely had no energy at all, my pulse was 32, not good when it should be 60 to 100. I call my heart dr who is in another town and they said to go to a hospital near me and have an EKG and have the hospital fax the results to the Dr.
I went in had the test and they said I should wait till they talked to the Dr., my blood pressure was not that bad but my heart rate was around 30. My Dr called and said I should come to his office first thing Tuesday, so I was not able to harvest on Monday. I went into the dr. office on Tuesday and when he came in he was looking at my EKG and said GR I think we need to put a pacemaker in, your heart rate is very alarming. I said when should we do this he said right now.
So on Tuesday in the afternoon he installed the PM, I got out of the hospital on Wednesday and came back home, first thing I had to do was water the hempys as they had no water since Monday morning. Yesterday I was finely able to harvest that clone. I had never put the plants in the dark before and I could not believe how sticky it had become. After harvest I moved BW 1 clone 4 in the closet, cut off the water and will harvest that plant on Monday, or that is the plan, LOL.

With the cabinet being empty I was able to move BW 5 clone 3 into the cab., last plant for this grow. BW 5 has been a very strange grow, I had 3 of them under LED for 11 weeks and they looked like they were only a few weeks into 12/12. I ended up composting 2 of them and left the 3rd one under the LED. It had begun a decent flower over the last two weeks so I will leave it under the HPS in the cabinet until it is ready, no matter how many weeks it takes. It's fragrance is devine.

Well that's was my week, good thing is I am alive, and feeling ok, still need to my energy level up but glad to have that opportunity to do so.

BW 1 Clone 3 @ 87 days and harvested.

Peace out people, nice to see y'all again.

Finished the harvest for all 4 BW1 clones today.
BW1/C1 - 77 days
BW1/C2 - 84 days
BW1/C3 - 94 days
BW1/C4 - 98 days
They are all in various stages of cure now. I am smoking the mother and aunt of these clones now. They have cured 63 days and 56 days respectively. Both are good, I believe the BW5 pheno is the better of the two.
Am interested in seeing what difference the total flowering days show. I do know that as each day passed they became more sticky, and I believe, though I have never tried it before, that putting the plants into the dark closet for a couple of days before harvest has made them yet more sticky.
As I stated in a previous post, I do have one of the BW5 clones in the cabinet now, not sure how long going to let it go. This one is a long story to be told at another time.

Couple of pic's from yestoday's harvest.

Sky, I am still looking for that magic bean. I grew these two and the 4 clones because I needed the meds. I will be popping more of these beans during my second fall grow this year. I am now looking for a strong Indica so I can do some RSO. I have just been diagnosed with liver cancer, and I may go to CO or OR after my scans to get treatment. I just don't have the capacity to grow the amount of RSO needed for treatment. I have heard of two places that make the true RSO, one in OR and one in CO. I will let you all know.
As for the BW, it is a wonderful strain, not a sit you on your ass strain but energetic and creative, it allows you to get the work done you need. Now if I want a nap it is just two or three quick bowls away,

I have that one pheno that I hope to grow again as it has the potential to be a great plant I just have not figured out how to grow it yet.

Yes I do love my BW!

Flush with a mixture of ph'd corrected water and cannazym. Then start back with lower nutrient doses. That should work.

You "can" flush with straight water to correct issues just be sure to feed with low levels of nutrients right after.

The big thing with canna is to not flush in between feedings...meaning you want to use nutrients in every feeding/watering.

watering in coco has been my issue and I would like some advice on how to do it more correctly to get the "coco growth". I have decided that the reason for the weak yield in my last grow is all down to watering.

I know the key to coco is watering it often but to do that the roots must be grown out correctly ... or you get wet soaking areas ....ask me how I know.

How do you guy grow out your roots quickly? Do you water then let it dry out or just water every few days .... what is the best method?

I wait till the container, pot loses 40-50% of its water,weight...then water with a 10-15% runoff...

You actually want to keep the coco a little dry rather than soaking wet. So you might try watering less frequently but with more nutrients. Keeping it a bit dry will allow for more air to reach the roots.

Even if you aren't using canna brand coco, take some time to read up on their infopapers:

thanks for the link. In my last grow I completely over watered. Never let it get dry. This time I will balance better. :) I do use canna coco but hesi nutes

that link was great ...... especially the part down the bottom, damage. I live in a hard water area and never understood why pk 13/14 made thing go to crap. I have grow ph and now will use that only.
