After you see the Amber color in your trich flush for a week. Or after flower for 60 days and that starts a week after light transitions

it's funny that all of you have input and answers without even knowing what his grow medium and nutrient supplement consists of..

I flush after I go potty ...

if you have more than one plant, flush one, don't flush the other, harvest, dry, cure and smoke. you'll more than likely never flush again..
