Yes I have now added a hood as you can see in the last pictures found it hard to find one that fit exactly but got there in the end, and no way! Never heard that before but yeah I'll be updating with pics every few days.

you can make a hood yourself for about 20 bucks just get that reflective chimmney piping at home depot circle cut a hole for your fixture and presto

They look good. You could probably blast them with a little more light if possible tape up some mylar or reflective sheeting. I have 5 going right now they just went into flower. Day 3020150704_075829.jpgcheers bro hopefully we both get some good smoke
Just re read and saw your in a tent so never mind about the mylar...i read fast and vast excited and started typing haha

Yours look huge for 30 days how tall are they ? They must really benefit from been outdoors and yeah hopefully we get some to keep us going haha

The biggest one is almost 2 ft and the smallest is probably 18 inches. I definitely benefited from this cali sun shine the longest day of summer was the 21st. Its wierd though because the biggest is just showing sex right now and is probably a week behind the others20150704_080523.jpg

I'm using biobizz grow bloom algamic and topmax. Soil is from local hardware store UK B&Q one of the soil is proving to be HOT but still ok. I'm growing with 1x 300W CFL AND 1x 220W CFL in a 120x120x200 tent. Trying to go for short and bushy with x3 heavyweights fast and vast on day 21.

The smallest one is a slow grower I had trouble germinating this one but eventually she popped up

I made mine from 2x disposable baking trays held together with duct tape. total cost about €3.02 (The .02 being the duct tape) I'd be concerned about hot spots but I'm using 2x 25W CFLs
both grows are looking great guys, keep us posted

Mine are only 5 inches the small one has struggled from the start. I'm keeping lights around 3-4 inches above plants I'm hoping for big bud sites from keeping short and bushy hopefully, instead of small ones from stretching?? I'm following this plan.

So far one of plants can take it but because the other plant is in HOT soil any extra N just burns her straight away so I feed plain water and foliar feed with algamic for any stress so far so good lots of nodes and lots of off shoots. The one can take the nutes (different soil) she has just become a bush so thick all the way through little white hairs popping up all over cant wait for her to grow up and receive some bloom when vertical height stops growing

Id give em first shot of bloom nutes and let them start leachin the left over n from the soil
