I wanted to start out locally and then if I got a good reaction from growers put them out online and try and get into some canna festivals and stuff like that.

thanks a lot bruthah man, Im not in this for the money I just want to have the best gear around and to help out some other breeders/growers with a nice stable strain for making hybrids and producing seed reliably out of there own stock.
(ever notice how so many autos are fems?prevents people from making seeds.)

@greenghost420 was right, I told him my males dont get frosty but i was proven wrong this generation as 1/2 of these boys did start putting out resin.

If I am ever wrong about something I make sure to correct it rather than continue to spread misinformation just to save face.

whittled down the males to just 1-3 per pot and only the most vigorous/frosty males were allowed to reproduce, I also had to remove some green males from my A1 X B1 as I am electing towards dark purple in this line (pink pistils seem to correlate). Pollen was shaken into sandwich baggies and applied to just about every plant, it was hard finding viable pistils on a lot of them because the caterpillars are causing spots of necrosis all over my plants, I used a Qtip to apply the pollen and 1 or 2 from each tote that I selected as "superior" have been Extra pollinated and will be marked for special handling during harvest.

Keep on keeping on, you seem to have really worked something out that you believe in...it's good to see such conviction.

I wonder if you should just make that a note for this strain. The bugs don't like all strains. Not sure if it's worth it to try a find a strain that repels them. I hope you have one in there you can breed out

hahaha exactly! lol

I may find a pheno that is has caterpillar repelling qualities, I may develop a bunch of polygenic traits that lead to overall higher resistance to damage (larger plants arent as effected because they have bigger bodies to absorb more abuse) or I might just find out my strain doesnt have the necessary genes to produce anti caterpillar plants and in that case (wont know for a few years) ill simply outcross to some vigorous outdoor strains and find some plants that do then incorporate those back into the mix.

I will only be growing Pinkie Pie and her crosses for the next decade or so, I want to have her genome pretty much rock solid and trackable so I can do some more advanced independant research on the strain.

These caterpillars are really bending me over a barrel, im the pledge in this scene, the robed assailant is my caterpillar population.

I wouldn't really trip on it. Just have it as a side note. Most strains get chewed on...

just really hitting the exploded growth phase .... i pinched it a few times while my light was on its way .... it did the job of getting it to stall long enough it didnt miss out on anything really ... at least according to my stoner science

i got more purps from the dark green leafs but my room is in the 70's the lighter the leaf's the greener the plant at least out of my little setup ..... I really do hope its the dark purp im about due for some bud porn it has a new home under a 600w hps havent hooked the hood up yet and dont feel comfortable running the 1k in a 6" cool tube maybe later this week i'll get the square hood setup and get to see how it looks hanging over that haze

if the calyx start out solid purple its gunna be a purple budded plant, if its streaked with pinkish-purple chances are high that its gunna be a light purp plant.

So what does it taste like? The dude with the MLP was like it tastes like a MLP. Which one? Apple Jack probably apple pie, Rainbow Dash looks tasty, Pinkie Pie Mauy Thai's, Twilight Sparkle must taste like purple with a spark can't remember the white ones name probably vanilla. lol, I got an excuse though I have a daughter

But red you can possible select from MNS Devil maybe crossed to BB the Devil is the old school Red Devil from Greenhouse but she will need to be worked to produce Red regularly. I been thinking about trying to breed a red line shit would be awesome red buds nobody has that but will probably take years to perfect that line not like I got anything better to do like all those who bred dog lines they didn't get rich just did it for shits and giggles.
