hot weather drying

Hi all,
Wonder if anybody has any tips or tricks for drying in a hot climate.
Even in September the temps can be in the 90s and without ac or swamp coolers my drying room just isn't cool enough.ny
I get a decent cross draft but know its too hot for a nice slow dry.
Any ideas?

I have a shaded old metal shed. Same sort of climate you speak of, I put a pan of rainwater (hopefully) beneath the plants to keep a little humidity, and check them daily. Helps to slow the drying process a little.
