Possible Hermie Question

So I have a grow journal going... sort of been kind of busy lately, but a couple days ago I had a super tall plant that was shading a good section of smaller plants and the cola was pretty close to done. So i chopped the cola and left the bottom half to finish. After checking today I noticed that the buds on the plant that has had its cola cut is starting to pop out little white spots on calyx's. Has anyone ever had a plant turn hermie after cutting buds early or is this something else? Just curious because I wanna remove it as soon as possible if it is!

I've never had that happen. I'm not sure that little white spots would indicate a hermaphrodite. Gotta pic?

Yeah IDK I have never really seen them before... But I also haven't ever seen the beginning stages of herm on mature flowering plants, I assumed it could be the start of a nanner lol regardless I just cut it down seeing as how it was only a bottom half and I'm almost outta smoke... Also not about to take any chances. Probbaly get a half 0 from the bottom which should last me until they are done so I'm not really complaining.
