Yea with side walls is what I have in my near future. I will do a material list you can get priced out. How big did you think or do you just want to come over and play with some pipe and see what's up?

I kinda am thinking either a 20x40 or maybe 20x50? the biggest thing is I want 8 10 foot plants to fit without overcrowding.

this is kinda the idea I am going for...
nice vid looks like what i started with :)
better have thoe 40 ft sticks of pipe delivered:o
where do ya find those ?? great idea will last about 3 seasons before the pvc breaks down .
a 20 foot stick will make a 12ft wide arc and is PLENTY stable , was putting a rebar one up yesterday for its 4th year...
the 40footers only concern is WIND sheer. when its frozen i have seen pipes shatter so might want to take plastic down in winter...
might want to look into "cattapiller" style hooper for raiseing the plastic on the sides . french tech for easy roll up sides that works and is easy to build.
i like to do 1/2 rebar in a 3/4 inch pvc sleeve pounded 10 inches down... but i am in the mountains...

There are not any for sell up here used. I guess just not as common here, because I have been after one since the BBQ. There are 10 adds for people looking for used car ports. Plus these two should be used just this session and we are looking to build real ones next year.

He talked bad about Co2 in a diff thread to bro. But he was saying its bad for large scale grow's on that one lol.

Its not good for small grow's...

Its not good for large grow's...

Plants need Co2......

So then what is it good for?

(and war is not the answer ;))
I had to buy my second carport new but that's okay. Totally worth it.

yea I am trying to find some good deals on them, but haven't found any. carports are nice an easy and its very hard to argue with those results :) with those plants in the next years carport JJ, had you wished you had put them in 150s? or where you satisfied with the 100s?
.

I wish they would have finished the video or shown how they connected to th t posts. They look like 20ft sections that slip together.
looked like he just used 1 1/2 inch or 2 inch pvc that slips over the 'T" posts ...
DOH! your right just 2 20ft sticks...lol
JJ has a point about tossing up the port IF you need it not before.

Thats better then getting one solid piece over both frames? I was planning on a 50x60 piece from farmtec and covering both at once? you are the carport master though, so would love to know what you recommend.
