Anyone have info on current laws for 2015 sac county?
I have a buddy that was growing in north highlands last year (outdoor) and the cops came and pulled all his plants! Luckily for him he didn't get cited or in any type of trouble but got a strong warning not to do it again. He had around 30 plants in a small backyard.

Sac County is legal with standard state limits. But check your cities local laws. Many are now passing outdoor ordinances stating that you cannot grow outdoors but keep in mind that they are ordinances and are usually complaint driven. The police will not usually get involved unless there is a public safety issue and the fines for getting caught are hefty!

I would say that if you are in an unincorporated area of Sac County and are growing your limit, keeping them short and discreet, make sure that you have all your paperwork in order you should be safe from any local issues. I haven't heard of any more DEA raids in the area on compliant grows so I think that those days are done for the most part. Make sure that you keep your eyes on your city council meetings if they have not yet banned growing in your city. My city dropped it in on us in a late evening meeting with about a weeks notice. I didn't see it until it was already voted on. :(

keep em under 6 in sac county and they will look at it as a waste of time, unless you get a unrelated visit, or a complaining neighbor! Good luck with your harvest :weed:
