Another first time grower checking trichomes/maturity, oh and a note on my quick drying method

so this is day 58/59 of a 60 day strain (counted from flip of lights to 12-12, stretch lasted about 3 weeks)

I see 50/50 cloudy clear and very few amber.

I plan to harvest Miranda (the plant is fading yellow), after the dark period tonight, and let Candy sit a day or two longer,

Oh, and I use a 1600w heat gun and a tea strainer to rapidly heat/air dry fresh bud. You can control the airflow and temperature really nicely and toast the bud so it burns well in a spliff without losing all of the terpenes (if you are patient) - better control than microwaving it.

Compared to the smoke from a d50 sampling, Candy has really fruited out some amazing aroma to her smoke, and the high is sublime - gently uplifting with a soothing soaring elation that can only be described by the undulating backside of a bikini clad angel. No doubt about it, harvest time is here.

Taylor vegged an extra 11 days over her sisters, so she should be ready on the coming harvest moon, even better.

Anyone got some favourite harvest/trimming playlists?

If you want help on when to harvest you can't just show close up pictures that aren't actually close enough to see the color...need whole bud shots.

Done. but if you click on the picture it loads the full resolution photo and you can see the colours



I was always planning on harvesting early to draw out the sativa like profile, I have one more plant in flower and I will let it run a bit longer to get stoney

I would give her another week at least...and stop cutting on the leaf tips, it may look better in photos but it's hurting your girl

Thats my manicure before I cut the buds off... there is one more plant that I will leave to blossom for 1-2 more weeks like you suggest. Thanks
