I'm sure I can manage that Sunni. I generally go with rosé but I can make an exception.

the town has cool history to it. They threw the losing aide of some old civil war off the bridge through the town its a good thousand foot down

found a bar that gives free little bowls of paella on the weekend.
WP_20150425_14_00_59_Pro.jpg was pretty good.

my lady went out to a new cocktail joint in town and had some weird.shiz, a drink served with smoke and one in a tea cup with rose petals.

I want to go to Spain, love tapas.....

Here's a dessert I made the other day....

Couer a la creme, sugar cinnamon phyllo crisp, caramelized apple slices, poached pear dice in calvados, and blueberry coulis.

look awesome, cani ask how much you guys charged for that? im curious looks expensive
It was for a competition actually, part of a 3 course.... I lost the pics of my other 2 courses though. :(

But I won the black box! :D Best App and dessert.... App was tuna tartare with an avocado/greek yogurt puree, and broccoli stem salad marinaded in a light Asian dressing, served with a few drops of ginger oil and deep fried won tons.

I'd prob cost it at about $14 though... had to make the cheese, and calvados is quite expensive.... the rest wasn't too bad though, really.... frozen blueberries for the coulis, 1 apple in total, 1 sheet of pyllo folded.....

I made 5 spice and honey sausages a few months back. chinese cuisine is all about awesome taste little work for it as poss
Really? I find there's lots of work in chinese cuisine... so many little tasks... like rolling buns, and julienne shit.. lol

Making a million little slices in the side of a fish, and pouring hot oil over it for 15 mins straight until it's cooked just perfectly... lol

i stand corrected. your average home cook wouldn't be doing that shiz i just meant that they pretty much let the flavour do the work in chinese cuisine

It's amazing what garlic, ginger, tamari, seasame oil, sriracha, and water will do! :D
