Your room is roughly a little less then 60 cubic feet ... A 120cfm fan will exchange the air in your room theoretically twice a min.. Hope that sorta helps

Could I use fans to keep the temperature down if the light is to powerful for the space?
Yes, of course. You won't know much until you get your things in there and operating. You'll have to make adjustments with the weather too.

a centrifugal fan exhausting air above your light should help the most.

If it's a closet, you could even bring in a/c air :)

It is I am using a breather tile on the roof as a in take and a out take in to the loft with filter was just wondering what fan would be best

I would get an in line centrifugal fan, so you can use a real filter when you start to stink.

I use a hurricane but brand doesn't matter. Vortex are sweet, there's plenty out there.

a 4inch will exchange your air nicely, but the Temps are a bit harder to predict.

I have the chance of a 6 inch fan for outtake and a clip on fan for inside should I use a 4 inch to bring air in and a 6 out or just play about but watch the temperature to get the best results

I think if you can get air to circulate the whole closet with a fan inside as well, youre at a good point to set your stuff up and experiment.

It will take more than the clip on fan inside the cab, imo.

A passive intake should bring air in, if you're exhausting air.

All the help is good every bit helps lol also my stem looks a bit thin any ideas why I am using 2 cfls at the moment is it down to ventilation again I read it's because the plants aren't getting a breeze against them to strengthen the stem is this true?

After a week, they can handle a small fan. when I plant seeds further down, they come up with thicker stems, usually.

keep the cfls close and they should be ok.

Looks kinda stretchy and weak. Keep your lights closer to the top of the plant, like 2 inches away. Also use a low-speed fan to make the stem bend VERY LIGHTLY.
