I'm growing in soil I'm using distilled water every 3-4 days I use cal mag every watering and blooming nutes every other watering my temps are in the low 70s

1tsp per gallon of cal mag 2tbsp of the blooming nutes. On the back of the bottle it calls for 4 tbsp per gallon butI only do 2.

Back off the water enough for the plant to dry out in 2-3 days. Give yourself more waterings before feed(like 2). Do you have gnats?

If you have no idea what ppms you run then you have no idea what your doing. Im being factual not insulting. To dial in your feeding process you must have an accurate measure of plant food your feeding it. Buy a blue lab truncheon. Five year warrenty. Then find out what the ppm of your run off is. Chances are its pretty high, like above 2000 ppm. Also, how do you handle runoff and how much runoff do you get at waterings?

So how much water should I use and every when should I use the nutes?
small plants need small amounts of nutes. As they grow they need more. Depending on the medium you may need more or less. Depending on the strength of the solution as well. Sorry to be vauge but i cant tell you what you need to add with your set up. All i can say is make sure the nutrients are gradually increased and make sure that the runoff isnt reabsorbed by the plant . Once you get a ppm meter youll understand everything much better.

Well she needs a clean start , do a full flush. Your purple stems concern me , although it can be genetics , it can also result from a P deficiency. I believe you have a lockout.
Once plant recovers , due half strength no more for now. , plant is stressed so let her crawl back slowly. Leave those damaged leaves alone for now , when plant slowly comes back those leaves will die off on its own.

I have my pot in a try and just dump all the extra water
You know where the water from the tray goes? Right back into the plant. Put a couple things under it that dont mould. Then your runoff evaporates and leaves the fertilizer on the tray, dehydrated, instead of wiking back into the pot, saturating your root zone with salt buildup, locking out nutrients from entering and burning leaves. Id leach hard, and then continue feeding at a slightly lower rate until the ppm meter arives, making sure its not just reabsorbing. You only have a little while left so the next grow will be much better now that you know this stuff. Good luck.

It's my first time trying this so how would I do a full flush
In the bath tub or shower pour water into it until theres lots of runoff. Lots, your "washing" the roots of salts. Then make sure the rooms warm and the air is flowing so she dries out soon.

Read up on feeding in the medium you run, feeding shedules, and what ppms to run your plant at, also when to cut down fertilizer (N) and calmag.
