I have seen that kinda arrest first hand.....with the cops trying to remove my brother...thru the window they smashed
while still in his seat belt. They actually broke his seat loose from the floor of his car....in the process.
Plus they groped my bro's girlfriend as well.grabbing her boobs and crotch...and she kicked one in the eye with her high heels...
After more than a year and a half in court....the arresting officers were charged with assault....based on my testimony
and in the lobby of the court house.....one of the cops I got busted ...jumped me....right in front of the lawyers and the judge...The judge asked me if I was going to press new assault charges .....I smiled....and said naw. he showed his true
colors....The two cops were also charged with narcotic and stolen jewelry and a few other things....
One of the cops went on to be a mayor and now chairs the police services board....

I asked around and the word is driver was engaged in some fairly serious reckless driving prior to being pulled over, possibly endangering other drivers, pedestrians, and officers. Driver knew he was being taped, LEO did not. Driver is obvi going to play nice for the camera - perfect opportunity to make the LEO look like a total asshole.

It DOES look pretty bad at first glance. However, I'm pretty sure the driver is not as innocent as he appears at first glance. Given what he was allegedly carrying, I wonder if he was trying to evade ?

It was raining out after all.
I wouldn't roll my window all the way down and he was being asked to get out of his car and not once was told why.

I can sure see the guy not showing what happened prior to the video as it was very obvious acting.

In my brother's case he was just dropping off his girlfriend...in her drive way when the Leo pull up....
and block his car in....no reckless driving.. just copping a kiss goodnight.....
still had his seat belt on....
we lived on 2 doors away from this place.... and his girlfriend took off and came and got me out of bed...
yelling "their killin your brother..."
not knowing who " they" were I grabbed my hockey stick...ran down the street to witness two cops working
over my brother....thru the window of his car....
the one cop then turned his attention to me....and arrested me for cause disturbance....because I said...
"what the hell is going on here.." yep.... cause disturbance by using obscene language.
so into the cuffs I go....and they confiscated my hockey stick for evidence....oh and 2 pucks...
I was supposed to be going to use as weapons.....
I wish we had a video...cause it was disgusting....how the made their arrest...
by the end of it all 12 cops on scene....mostly because my brothers girlfriend kicked one of the cops in the eye
with her stiletto heel....while he grabbed at her crotch...I guess he was gonna use her vagina as a handle to put her in the car....he was grabbing at her breasts as well....because I witnessed it all....completely disgusting....

you can talk as sweetly as you want when the camera is rolling. i agree...what happened that made the cop pull the guy over. the cop seemed pretty serious & told they guy he was under arrest...not "can we see your drivers license" he must have been doing something.
