Weird spots on the leaves, yellowish new growth and yellow bottom leaves

So I was looking at my plants really closely and I noticed that the spots I thought were no longer an issue were spreading to the new leaves, on top of that I noticed that the bottom two leaves are yellowing and the new growth is just in general a lot lighter green/ starting to look yellow. Im growing in coco and have been using cana a+b and rhizotonic so far. They kinda ended up getting drip fed for like an hour last night cos I spaced out, I normally give them 10 minutes so I was thinking it might be that but the spots don't look like nute burn because they are mostly in the middle of the leaves and theres so much else going on I figured its probably not entirely caused by last nights mishap. Could it be a nitrogen def coupled with something else thats making the spots? the plant is like 5 weeks old now I think and I was thinking about putting it into flower soon. If anyone knows what I got wrong please let me know it'd be nice not to screw the plant up too much so I wanna be sure before I start treating it for things it doesn't have.

if your on about the yellowy/lime green colour of the new growth then dont panic, ive 20 in my tent now that are doing it, and most do especialy as they get nearer flowering, and defo once lights have switched, as for the lower leaf if its only an odd one or two id say no problem, i start them off under cfls and if im not carefull if they get to tall before i put them under the 600s i lose a few at the bottom, id just keep an eye for a bit a week or so and not worry to much, apart from that all i can see is perhaps a tiny bit of burn right on the tips,
