What is your take on Cruz being a Canadian? Do you think he should not be allowed to run for President of the United States?

No, just that cruz don`t point to Canada,...more Southern like Mexico or Cuba. I would say if his mom was living in Canada as a Canadian citizen when he was born, he`s Canadian, or If she lived in Canada then moved to the US like Obama`s mom, had the kid as a US citizen, he would be a US Citizen,...I think his Mom`s home address when he was born makes him that Nationality unless she changes it.

As far as Presidential Elections go, If you were not born on US soil, you cannot be eligible for candidacy which has nothing to do with Canada.

Ok, so Ted Cruz was born in Calgary, Canada. And when I last checked Canada is not in fact the United States. So then I can assume from your above quote that you also agree that Ted Cruz does not have the right to run for President of the United States.

So if you then agree with the two original points of my thread, why are you trolling it? Is it because you are too fucking stupid to realize the thread had valid reasoning? Or is it because you are a stupid sheeple and simply follow the other Klansmen around trying poke holes in our arguments? Or are you simply just a terrible troll with no life?

You`ve only answered half my question to you. What was his mom`s address when he was born, on vacation in Calgary or watching a game in Calgary don`t make her live there, so I asked that too.

So Obama who was born in Hawaii must prove without a shadow of a doubt he was born in the US, demanding a birth certificate, and full outline of his entire family. But Ted Cruz, who was born in CANADA, can skate through, no big deal, well his mommy had an address in the United States, its ok kinda thing.

Can you see how I can easily ascertain that you are, at the very least, very hypocritical, and likely racist?

What was she doing in Canada, Living as a citizen, on vacation, at a hockey game,...because he wasn`t born there without her ?

If he was born in Canada because she went into labor, that does not make him Canadian, Obama`s birth was never in question, it was a ploy to draw bad attention towards his candidacy. Dems. may be doing the same thing here but that would depend on what she was doing in Canada at the time of his birth.

I was born in Canada and BOTH my folks were and still are Americans. I've been told my whole life I'm not eligible to run for President- so WTF is Ted smoking and thinking he can?

Oh yeah, the Constitution. It's written on hemp paper, he just rolled a blunt with it... Fuckin' worthless outdated rag that it is, anyway. Nobody believes in those stupid 'Rights' things anymore anyway- it's just a Bill. That means it didn't get passed, right? Like Ted's blunt?

I did some dig`n,...Under Canadian law, Ted Cruz was born a Canadian citizen and only if the parents denounce through proper Canadian channels, his citizenship, he will stay a recognized Canadian Nationality. His mom chose the dual citizen roll and that cannot be changed. In the US, a dual citizenship means your place of birth is your Nationality,...He`s out....

You can`t even compare this to Obama`s birth. Ted Cruz is Canadian. Now keep in mind that Ted Kennedy is dead, nobody in Washington will be able to change laws for him to qualify.

Personally, I love it that Cruz was the 1st Republican to toss his hat into the ring. I would say that 80% of this country, including Republicans, said why the fuck is that asshole running for the presidency, this moron doesn't have chance in hell of being nominated. But the really cool thing is that it shows the American public what to expect from the GOP, if this is one of it's shining stars.
