Nebula & Shark Shock Ebb/Flow LED Grow

So this'll be my first grow journal but i've been growing indoors for about a year. This will be my first hydroponic grow though, I started out with soil until now. So I'm still a newbie and any help or tips would be very much appreciated!
Grow Info
Strain's - (1) Feminized Nebula & (1) Feminized Shark Shock CBD, purchased from Gorilla Seeds
System - Ebb & Flow. Each plant has it's own 5gal reservoir with air stones. The plants are in 3.5 gal buckets with 4" net bucket tops
Lights - (1) 400watt Mars 2 LED, mixed spectrum over the Nebula (maybe additional 400watts during flower)
- (1) 400watt Mars 2 LED, veg spectrum over the Shark Shock (have flower spectrum for flowering)
Ventilation - (1) Hydrofarm 6" 400cfm In-Line Fan for exhaust, speed controller, 6" charcoal air filter
Controller - Autopilot Digital MDT
Temp Settings - Day @ 85F & Night @ 70F; Actual Average is Day @ 78-83 & Night @ 70-73
Humidity Settings - Day & Night @ 60%; Actual Average is Day @ 50%-55% & Night @ 55%-60%
Light - 20/4 during veg
Media - Shredded Coco Chunks
Water - 50% R.O & 50% tap water. The tap water only has 20ppm. Floods for 30 min 3x a day.
Nutrients - Fox Farm (for now)
Germination Process - Paper towel method and then into 1" rock wool cubes. I started them with a 25watt 24" fluorescent light then I put them under the LED's @ 48" away when they got their 2nd internodes. There has been barely any stretch in either seedling.

First Report: 03/13/15
Nebula - Sprouted from seed about 2 weeks ago and is now about 3"-4" tall. Its working on its 3rd internode. Only running 50% R.O & 50% tap water. The nebula was germinated 1 week before the Shark Shock.
Shark Shock - Sprouted from seed about 1 week ago and is now 2"-3" tall. Its working on its 2nd internode. Only running 50% R.O & 50% tap water.

Nebula - Weekly water change, 50/50 tap/R.O, grew 0.5", 170 ppm of grow big and big bloom, ph was 6.0

Shark Shock- Weekly water change, 50/50 tap/R.O, grew 0.25", 130 ppm of grow big and big bloom, ph was 6.0

Shark Shock - switched from 20/4 to 12/12, flushed with sledge hammer, ph6.2, 375 ppm big bloom, hydro grow big, tiger bloom, open sesame

Nebula - weekly water change, a little pruning and LST, 100% tap water, ph6.2, 75ppm big bloom/ 350ppm tiger bloom/ 125ppm open sesame/ 150ppm sugar daddy = 700ppm

Shark Shock - weekly water change, a little pruning and LST, 100% tap water, raised ph to 6.5, 75ppm big bloom/ 225ppm tiger bloom/ 50ppm open sesame/ 75ppm sugar daddy = 425ppm
