Killing this guy to illustrate just how wrong it is to kill someone is hypocritical and barbaric. Death for a lot of people is release, freedom from the horror of their lives. I say let this sick fuck (and that other sick fuck, Jodi Arias) live the rest of their miserable lives, locked up in a 8x10 cell, on 24 hour isolation. Spending 60 or 70 years in a cage is far worse than being put to sleep with a needle.

The death penalty is state sanctioned murder, hard for me to look at it any other way. It happens after a trial and conviction at least.

How do you feel about our president killing citizens without a trial?

Sorry to have to bring up the simple and obvious fact that if a convicted killer is killed, they will never, ever, kill another human again.

The death penalty needs to be done away with. I don't trust our justice system enough to get it right every time. One person wrongly put to death is one person too many. Let them rot in jail.

Some people are so twisted and messed up that putting them down is really the only option. It is unfortunate, but it is what it is.

there are way too many people on death row who have been wrongly convicted and now exonerated because of technology.

I'm not, I'm referring to intentionally drone bombing a citizen using communication with the Ft Hood shooter as proof that he was recruiting terrorists even though the president took steps to insure we don't call the Ft Hood shooter a terrorist.

Why do women hate the word cunt so much? I could never figure that out. I have called women I know bitch, slut, whore,cocksucker, miserable bitch, dirty slut and so on and so on. All of them took it in stride, until I called them a cunt, and at that moment, before it actually left my lips it seemed, I would be physically assaulted, I would have to fight back, and slap those bitches back into reality, in that it was noting personal. honestly, it doesn't matter who uses the word. it's the word. kind of like male "fumunda"..it signifies a certain "dirtiness"..like "ratchet".

In my mind, the punishment for capital murder should be life in a cube, about 8' square, with NOTHING. I REALLY MEAN NOTHING. Just bread and fucking water, a bed, a bucket to shit in, and a bucket to drink from. Simple execution is really no punishment for the act of taking away another persons future, it is too easy a way out.
