Thanks guys. :) I didn't even post what it was... lol Totally spaced.

It's a Green Salad, sweet basil, red kale, purple kohlrabi, baby spinach, red lettuce, poached pear, dried cranberries, and candied walnuts, with a white wine and pear dressing. The turnovers are goat cheese, cream cheese, poached pear, lemon zest, garlic, and chives in phillo wrapping. ;)

I would love to go to Spain on a culinary adventure... lol

crikey, there's a lot going on in that ceepea man, is this a tried and tested recipe? I wonder how the chives work in the turnovers?

Wish i'd taken more snaps of the other tapas we tried.

I got a request for medibles on friday. someone in remission. probably do cokies or brownie maybe. Any choc infusing tips shishka? anyone else?

I have found that the chocolate flavor is almost needed in a strong edible. The mj taste does come through but the chocolate really helps mask the flavor. I have done chocolate chip cookies but found that the brownies had a warmer reception from the masses. If I were to do a non chocolate based baked good, I would prolly always just dip it in infused chocolate. I have been working an experiment to prove you can decarb after your make the butter, and that it is now my preferred method.

I don't get why folks are always trying to mask the weed taste in medibles. guy in the uk thread loves lemon drizzle cake. I can;t watch the vid with sound in the office but i'll check it tonight. thanks man

I am a daily smoker, but when I made the chocolate chip cookies they tasted a little off. It may be because I have made like 1000 cookies before cannabutter and am very anal when it comes to my baked goods. I tried both cookies and brownies, prolly not doing cookies again anytime soon. I saw a chocolate chip cookie brownie mix that I may give a shot tho.

choc chip brownie cookie mix sounds pretty much win win man.

i used to know a guy who made weed wine, kept the recipe secret though. shit was awesome, you got drunk then pink eyed then fuzzy. next day though your farts were literally like someone had taken a rip and exhaled.

WB alienwidow, been a while! i did asparagus and bacon risotto yesterday. it sucked. waste of nice asparagus. bacon was salty and i didn't have the right cheese. it was like rice pudding with bacon and lifeless green stems.

between us we must have some spectacular food fails? I recently saw a guy who shall remain nameless reheat a bread roll in the microwave until it caught fire!

My food fails mostly resulted in fires, my worst fail though was making cheese sause on the fly because we ran out even after i said wed need more but nobody listened to me. So i scortched the milk while i was making it and didnt even taste it we were in such a hurry........then i served it to 200 people, who werent very happy already. Tail between legs outta there, most embarrasing f up. At least the other 450 people had a great meal lol some days ya just want to forget about ya know?

good to know though i'm already 16stone haha i doubt fudge is a good idea
its tough to not shove huge pieces down the gullet. I make it with recommended dose of butter, then I add a gram of oil or bubble so I know not to over indulge. I basically make it so im scared to eat too much. seems to work well :leaf:

haha only thing I've truly scorched, burnt was a soft boiled egg. Passed out drunk and it boiled dry. Gf came in to find house full of smoke and a black silicone ring in the pan. Both items ruined not to mention the egg...

@dangledo wise words man, I've had bad times with too much. There's nothing quite like that feeling.
