Green Bell Peppers indoors

I've got some green bells getting a huge head start this year in my organic super soil mix. They're almost a month old now. They started out under 24 hours of light at 5,400 lumens for the first week, now they're under a 600 watt hps for 12 on and 12 off (Limited space so they share a flowering tent at the moment). I've been told that if they show little pre-flowers/fruits really early it's bad?

Here's the smallest two of 11 total that I transplanted this morning. IMG_20150228_080822.jpgIMG_20150228_075743.jpg IMG_20150228_075123.jpg

They look great to me man, I just started a 72 cell tray of peppers a few days ago. I've never heard of the early fruiting thing, I guess maybe the theory is that instead of veg'ing bigger it will put its energy into fruit production? If so maybe picking off the fruits/flowers for awhile might be the thing to do. I'm re-veg'ing a couple pepper plants indoors under weak lighting and I've been picking the flowers off all winter because I don't have enough lighting to grow peppers.

I started mine about a week ago and most of them are starting to sprout, I usually end up with a few stragglers in the trays that sprout a little later.
Hmm...I may have some bad seeds. Ever done tomatoes indoors? I plan to put them out if it ever gets warm enough.

I always start my tomatoes inside too, but I'm waiting a little longer so they don't get as rootbound in the trays before I can start taking them out and transplanting them into solo cups for awhile.

Usually when I start tomatoes and peppers at the same time, the peppers take a little longer. Pepper seeds are a little tougher to sprout than tomato seeds so don't give up hope yet, just keep them moist. I've even had a few that looked like they weren't going to sprout at all pop up a few weeks later.

I've been using a mild soluble kelp in distilled water solution to pop seeds and it seems like it makes them sprout faster but I haven't done any side by side tests or anything to compare.
