So my local drug dealer has some of the best and cheapest shatter i can find in my area.

I asked him how he gets it and he told me the guy he gets it from has like fake documents or something so that he can order the shatter straight from a dispensary and its mailed to his house.

is this possible in canada or am i being fucked with.

usually no but this one is surprisingly truthful. It's mostly the price/quality ratio being so good that makes me question it.

does around $900 for a oz of shatter sound like dispensary prices?

That's a hard question to answer without knowing a fair bit more in details. Prices vary wildly depending on where you are; I know people paying 10-15 USD for a gram of very high quality bud (so 300-450 an oz, and it'd be cheaper still if they bought the whole O in bulk), others paying 20 or more.

Seems unlikely though; sure, forged papers are totally possible, but wouldn't it be MORE expensive than street prices? I mean, he's paying the dispensary price and then, to make a profit, up-charging his clientele. Then again, $900 an oz also sounds faily pricey (of course, you say that's the cheapest in town?? Damn...)

yeah haha dealers usually say what it takes to get your money, i seriously doubt he got shatter from a dispensary using false paperwork

Shatter sells for 60-80 bucks a gram where I live so $900 is considerably cheap. The only thing he may have done was raise the price for all I know they are getting it cheaper.
