Well now isn't that intersting....the SC has accepted that cannabis has medicinal value...

Church of Marijuana lawyer, Adam Whitehorn, convinced the jury that the Bible cited multiple times the use of marijuana as food, medicine and for religious practices, and that the religious group based their faith on these beliefs.

An expert ethnobotanist from the University of British Columbia, Carrie Wines, was also called to the bar and argued how the holy anointing oil used in the Bible, as described in the original Hebrew version of the recipe in Exodus (30:22-23), contained over six pounds of kaneh-bosem, a substance identified by respected etymologists, linguists, anthropologists, botanists and other researchers as cannabis.

“There can be little doubt about a role for cannabis in Judaic religion…. There is no way that so important a plant as a fiber source for textiles and nutritive oils and one so easy to grow would have gone unnoticed… the mere harvesting of it would have induced an entheogenic reaction” also claimed the expert.

Would this ruling not count for all Christians not just these few?
not the ones who don't believe that way. it can be argued for sure but they are proclaiming it as part of their religious beliefs...most Christians don't...that I know of

imagine growing a crop that you do not have a buyer for, just winging it because everything seems to be going good.. imagine doing that, and then finding out everyone in your neighborhood has the same idea..
Then imagine how the majority of bud on the market is absolute shit amd think about how bad people will want top shelf.

Theres a reason top shelf liquor and craft beer is a booming market.... a lot of people would rather ingest quality

Flower probably 3-5 g/day, bit more on weekends or if my pain/spasms are particularly bad. I prefer water extraction or dry sift hash though.

Also there's over a million medical users in Canada, let alone full/part time rec users. Canadians love cannabis, always have and always will. If you go by the numbers from legal med/rec states and apply them to Canada it should be like 10-14% population, something like 4+ million people (rough math/estimates).
A million medical users in Canada? Where does that stat come from?

what no comments about the Jamaica decrim article?
The law paves the way for a licensing authority to be set up to deal with regulations on cultivation and distribution of marijuana for medical, scientific and therapeutic purposes.
and so it begins

no surprise there are already a crew of privateer scallywags down there setting up shop
