So I'm looking into one of these type of controllers, if anyone has any suggestions on brand or other insight, feel free to drop in with some wisdom!

Above is the product I'm looking into. I plan to pick one of these up and have it installed no more than 15 feet from my breaker. Does anyone have a rough idea how much an electrician might charge for this sort of thing?

I've attached a picture as to where it would go, probably to the left of the white board.

IMO, Titan timers are good to go. No clue on costs to install, but I imagine the copper required to run power will be about 6 gauge (for 240 volt). Call your local journeyman and ask for a quote, if you don't mind putting your business out there... or tell them it's for a sauna. But chances are, they won't run wires and tie them into your box without first connecting them to close the circuit.

I've always liked powerbox's but those look great. If you watch enough YouTube videos, it's not too hard to install yourself.

Best of luck

It would have been so easy before the drywall.

A rough guess would be over $200. But I have no idea.

Agreed, but I bought the house like this. In this area it's rare for garages to be completely finished so it was a shock. They even dry walled the ceiling, hadn't seen that before.
Guessing I'm not gonna get much input here but thanks. Hopefully I can get away with no more than $300 for the job.

Theres really nothing to say.

All light controllers are just basically a contactor or two, with heavy guage 240v wire ran to them. Your just basically asking an electrician to wire in a stove a few feet from the box.
