i only see like one spot. probably when you watered them a drop got on the leaf. they're big enough it won't hurt them. if you suspect it to be something else then you must learn how to embed images in your posts and give much more info such as soil, water (tap or not) nutes used? lights and distance...nobody can really help till more info is given.

you know what...you're on your own.maybe put your 600w hps at 4" that should help that early blooming SD max out

for veg id do 18 hours
and from the leafs it almost looks like your using too much water but it looks manageable
