How do I set up a bank account for my medical marijuana collective in California?

No banks are working with any dispensaries.

Dont use the words Medical Marijuana,, You are simply a Collective. The bank wont ask any questions and you keep tight lipped,, That's how we seem to be doing it now. Also be careful how much cash you deposit on a daily basis.

i attempted to do that last year but they caught on and shut me down pretty quickly. i gave up after awhile and just upgraded to a nicer bigger safe, somebody to run my books/payroll.

Hmm,, We are not having a problem at all with our bank. I know they looked up the website already cause they have our Corporate Info and Business Cards on file, and know exactly what we are doing, but so far, nobody seems to care.

anyway you could pm me the bank branch?? I struggled with this issue for a long time.

id like some more info also! I went to chase and I used collective and thats what gave it away and the guy asked me straight out if it was medical cannabis. He seemed like a younger maybe even a patient type and was for it but said banks weren't doing it. I know its not true cuz i worked for atleast one collective I would make $15k deposits to wellsfargo. I just suck at lying....

You haven't had any issues? Paying taxes and working with an account or what not? Do you have an IG account named Keepitcoastal also? I think our collective follows you if so.
