Help!!!

Hiya guys, posted a few pics of my cheesewreck close to harvest and was gonna leave it a few more weeks but checked it this morning and leaves are going crispy and dying off but not yellowing first?? Should I be worried or let her be? :/

I don't know your substrate but I'm hydro so I'd try 1 tsp Epsom Salt in 1 gallon of water.

Use general purpose soil and no nutes.

looks like a sativa...perfectly normal during flower.just my 2 pennies

Just worried cos going crispy instead of yellow first as never had this before?

i've seen the same thing in a sativa i grew.its weird to be sure but you're in final stages of flowering and that's the same time i saw it too.

So how long you recon then?

anywhere from now to a week max.it looks ready imo lots of amber hairs.

Was thinking a week, two max but seeing this happening has kinda made me think sooner rather than later she is showing few amber trichs now too

Lol, then the question is would it make a difference if I give her 48hours darkness? Have heard it helps potency? :/

im still new on advanced techniques, tbh. from what i know i don't see any validity to darkness helping potency.from what i know stress (heat and UV) are what increase resin production in turn helping potency. id have to see some info on the correlation between photoperiods and potency at the end of a life cycle

i think i have a somewhat decent answer for you derived from this site but again i like using mostly collegiate studies like cornell but that takes time.

in summation potency is best in the morning. so harvest in the morning not night. days of darkness seems counter productive due to altered photoperiod, loss of hormonal cues, and its probably already lacking nutrients. again im not a pro nor can anyone say they know any better unless they link to scholarly articles for peer review

Cheers dude, give her a day or two then chop her knew to do it in the morning too but dunno where I heard about darkness increasing potency, probably some stoner mate talking shit
