Going rate for ounce of cheese

170 is the cheapest i can get it, i have paid 240 before today. really depends on who you know and obviously the quality

Whose cheese? What quality. Just think of it like actual cheese. Edam is not the same price as comte, and then simply looking at comte prices will vary hugely based on the producer. Then consider where it is being sold.

In short, there is no going rate. It might be 170, it might be 380, ive seen both.

If you want good cheese at a reasonable price you need to get your ass down to brumyland. Theyre serious about their cheese down there and the average stuff will be better than most cheese youll see north of that area really. Around 2ton an ounce, Most i ever paid was 225.
