Next summer I will have a garden, I live in southern Quebec where it snows a LOT during winter so I could only begin gardening once it all melts. I will upload a ms paint pic of what my garden looks like with estimated size..
I have never had a garden nor do I have any experience in gardening but I do grow a little cannabis. So I guess you could say I have just a little xp. Over just a year of growing.
I got only a couple questions such as

-Which veggies should I begin my journey with? I have lots of space so I can totally overkill.
-When should I begin germination? ( I will buy some babies in case I fail growing from seed.)
-Could I begin as an organic grower or does this require some more experience? Because I don't mind buying commercial food store seeds for now but my ultimate goal is to get into organics.

THANKS GUYS CANT WAIT TO READ YOUR ANSWERS!

sometime in May is your last frost date.onions take forever so if you like those start them indoors in april.preparing a large garden is extremely labor intensive (days of work) but then it's easy rest of season.so don't work any more land than you have to.ive lost touch with term 'organic' but i use grass clippings and leaves from mowing thats all i do its fertile soil next year.buy a rototiller if you dont have one.not familiar with your soil but almost all soils have a 'hard pan'.soil compacts from rain alone and needs to be broke so you have deep usable medium.i could go on and on but welcome to your new adventure.

yes germinate indoors in april so they have a head start.most people use cfl for seedlings indoors but whatever u use for your grow would work fine.i have whats called a feed store near me that has every seed under the sun in these folgers coffee cans so ive never had to think about where to get seeds.BUT alot of people swear that you should get seeds that are accustomed to your region so buy local. seeds from my southern US probably wouldnt mature in time in your region (zone) before your first frost in fall.its a long, life enhancing journey my friend with endless possibilities...how to water...rain collecting...raised beds or not...ugh..just start and your energies and desires will guide you.personally i use raised beds without borders just tall mounds. easier to rototil the entire thing in spring.
