Hmm sure looks like stave lake..I was talking to another lp who was in security limbo and had their local mp contact Hc and they contacted them within 48 hrs.
fyi I recall u said u had not heard from them for a long time and apparently The Mp provides some oversight and limited accountability. Just saying

Thought I was the only one with it still..good for you :)

Cheers
An MP doing something to help a constituent? In Canada? Any brown paper bags of money involved? Something sounds fishy! lol

 You're not allowed to advert.
but no one said anything about selling online..or any other avenue.

"
he licensed producers listed below have been given until January 12, 2015, to come into compliance with the advertising prohibitions following which Health Canada will take enforcement action, as appropriate. Health Canada will update this list as licensed producers become compliant.

Clients should be aware licensed producers who do not comply with the provisions in the FDA or the NCR can be subject to compliance and enforcement action, including suspension and possible revocation of the licence or prosecution."

I wonder how much of that will actually be enforced?
I also wonder if some LP's, that are growing right now...could be charged "maximum minimums"?

Fyi there was the appeal yesterday for the MMAR and cross appeal regarding the injunction with Conroy and Tousaw .The Crown asked for an immediate shutdown of the MMAR and there was no additional evidence allowed for cross appeal, Three Federal judges have reserved there judgement hope there is a favorable outcome and they await there ruling for the trial.

Cheers

any applicants also get issued a warning letter today for advertising practices?
From what I understand advertising guidelines were issued June 30 2014. On November 25 2014 warning letters were issued to no compliment LP's. Some have complied since and some still ignore the letter (tweed). They have until Jan. 12, 2015. "for real this time." To comply, or else. Ya right!
