Can an MMPR patient sign up with multiple dispensaries? Or does he/she have to cancel its membership, similar to the licensed commercial producer procedure?

I don't see why you would have to...I know I pay an annual membership fee at BCCCS, so I will assume that it standard operating procedure...pay your fee...buy your meds and one does not need to know that your buying from another...none of their business.

You,are limited to one lp if that's how you choose to get your meds. Dispensarys are not regulated and you can have memberships at multiple places.

Most don't charge membership.

I'm ok with giving them my money...there are so many folks that utilize that place...I've only personally been there a few times and you can see the people that are using their services..so if my $50 helps one of them get a massage more power to them....

There are a few others I know of that charge a membership fee. No problems with it if the meds are high quality and priced right. But if your going to join multiple cc's then it's a consideration.

Definitely...I have a spouse that works so I don't REALLY have a money issue....of course until the crop fails and I need a lb or two...hahaha. Living in a bubble and bursting it gives you a different perspective on things. I didn't mean to call others that utilize the bcccs as "them" I'm one of them...I just don't live anywhere near the place. I realized after I posted I sounded kind of cunty and I'm really not. I gottta take my kid to Vancouver every summer for medical shit...I make him take any extra food we have left over to anyone sleeping close by...makes me cry...

You can have multiple LPs providing your meds under the MMPR. You can get your script broken down in multiple medical documents if your doctor is willing.
ie...If you have 5g/day you can have...
one 5 g / day document with one LP providing 5g/day.
Or five 1g/day documents you can have 5 different LPs providing 1g/day.

You don't have to be an MMPR patient to sign up with a dispensary.
You can be a member of however many dispensaries you want...it's obviously not "legal".
I wouldn't imagine any dispensary having a problem with you having multiple memberships.

I've never heard about that, but I don't shop at lp's. You mention that it's not "legal" to sign up for multiply dispensarys, but since they aren't regulated by hc all dispensarys are working in a legal gray zone.

BCCCS provides more than just meds. I think the $50 is very reasonable.
I've never used bcccs so I can't say if the membership fee is worth it or not. If your signing up for multiple cc because you can't afford the prices from lp's then saving money even $50 matters.

Thank you for all the feedback! We are looking for cleaner meds and many LP/dispensary are over pricing their organic mmj. Therefore, I will be looking into an organic mmj dispensary...if LPs are doing it as a marketing advantage, their should be a dispensary specializing in organic mmj. We are fed up with LPs they can rot into the ground for all the suffering they have caused. You do not need to wear a suit and a tie to grow! Damn these corporations!

It's not a legal gray zone...it is illegal.
The law enforcement agencies are not enforcing the law, that's where the grayness comes into play. The law is clear.
The law needs to be changed!

Weed is illigal on the book in Amsterdam for years and years. If the cops aren't going to enforce the laws great. Scares off big business and lets a healthy bm thrive. I'd rather give my buddy's money and directly support their family's then use cc's or lp's. The only reason I use cc's is range of selection.
