Did I harvest too soon?

Started in May. I had another that took off and grew to 3 or 4 feet but suddenly realized it was male...removed it immediately and started pampering the one remaining. I grew it outdoors next to a honeysuckle plant(pseudo-camouflage), watered it once a day for 10 minutes(in-ground sprinklers) and let mother nature do her thing. I got up before the sun came up and stood over it for 10 minutes before finally getting the courage to cut her down. I cut the fan leaves off and she is currently hanging in my garage. I am so paranoid that maybe I cut too soon??? Also, the seed(s) I used were some that I have collected over the years so I have no clue what strain they are? Any thoughts??

Yes, you probably took her down too soon, but what's done is done.

it does look like it could have gone a little longer, but it also looks "close enough" to me. I don't think the amount of "too soon" will be a problem here.

What i meant was: it looks close enough to be good enough to not worry or be bummed about it. Yeah, it's imperfect, maybe not completely finished, but it looks like it will be good anyway.

Yes, I wasn't saying that it's trashcan material, just that you could have been a little more patient. There's always next time.

Trust me it'll be fine. I took down a g13 haze that looked like yours (first harvest) and believe you me it was the most potent smoke ever. I smoked one joint (usually half is enoigh to start but i knew it was not ripe enough and was worried about the potency). It was very potent I was tripping big time .... I called my little brother because I was freaking out this badly. So trust me you'll be fine plus if you like more of a head high, you'll get it!

OK...my harvest gave me 1.5 oz. and turned out just fine! It is not a "couch lock" high but it definitely is a very good high. Stressed a lot drying & curing but now hope to apply my "experiences" to my next attempt! I understand everyone has their opinions and methods and I too, need to find what works for me!

Actually looks good to me. This year I harvested in multiple stages over a month and a half, and I gotta say that maybe it's just my preference on smoke, but I like the effect of the earliest harvested buds much more than the later harvests of the same plant. So yes, maybe it could have gone longer, but who knows, maybe it going longer wouldn't have made it get any better, just depends on your preference.
