Makes no sense to top autos because u dont get to choose when to flower.
So it doesnt really have the extra time to re grow what u cut off nevermind make extra tops.

Its the same as cloning autos.... Yes it can be done just doesnt make sense

We have a member here named @tekdc911 and I think he tops his autos if i remember correctly.
some of the longer flowers like it .. and the big bushy types ...... really you have to grow the strain out a few times or do a side by side .... if your growing one plant i would just lst ......
if you have low vertical space or low light conditions then topping would help keep it short and a thinner canopy .......... i have 8' ceilings in my grow now so i just let them do their thing

i've topped many autos before they're 12 days old. worked fine. same yield but shorter in height than the one's not topped.

I have 7ft ceiling so height shouldn't be a problem.. I'm running 5 auto so I think I'll just top one and see a side by side.. Thanks guys..

i usually water when the pot lightens up a bit ....... auto's like dry periods between waterings and dont like to be soaked down ill water enough for run off once a week maybe other then that i just water a bit to keep the top half kinda moist

seedling stage to a few sets of leaves im using a spray bottle to water
literally like 20 squirts twice a day while its laying roots down then " shallow " waterings dont soak it until it has a few sets of leaves
if the pot stays heavy let it dry out before you water again
