Thats pretty awesome man. I dont like getting plastered but I do like beer and for sure like my Mj. LOL When using both its just a fine balance.

I can say about the leds... I think I will ultimately only have led in my garden. probably within 12months. I will not need to run ac with them even in summer.. in the shed. seems that the plants react less to the temperature as there as my heat has only been 5-8 dg above abient. that is with a 600w hps and 150 cfl fixture running in the same area. All led with no ac is less power use.

have to buy more cal mag though... everyone is pretty spot on about that. I am using what I have in CAL mag from humbolt nutirent and then will go with classic calmag+

They are no bigger than my hps leaves mo... But they are healthier. The plants under led seem over-all more vigorous.

What strains are they again?

2x cherry pie on the far left. middle back is MK ultra. middle front has Dog, w a small shark shock. right back is deep psychosis. right front, pre 98 bubba. and snuck between the bubba and the dog is a blue dream.

Do they smell more strongly under LED?
Do you have a diagram of your system? Is it 100% perlite in the buckets with a watering ring and then draining to a res?

LOL!. hole 2" above bucket bottom. fill with perlite and plant. Water by hand with funnel.. watering ring would be super nice if I would just not be lazy about setting shit like that up. LOL

My grow methods are like super high tech .... snicker snicker....

Can't wait to see what they flowers do. If there is no loss I will definetly be asking for your assistance. Possibly some kind of trade for helping me. I sent you a PM.

I hit you back to man. LIke I said there might be some interest in a build your own diy cob fixture workshop. Mo might be interested and probably some others out here. This is worthy tech that is easy to learn. The hardest part is matching up hardware.

I have some stuff to build another fixture anyway. Just buy some heatsink strips and I can do another small one for veg.

I took some photos of my outdoor. Ya all know I chopped the dog, its frosty but didn't yield alot. Thats why it was the last plant for that pheno. I have several at different stages.

It is a necessity to keep up on pests outdoors man. I use seven for the first while. Then only neem. Any sign at all and shit gets sprayed. an enclosure.. even a ghetto one works wonders too.

I just picked up a 4x4 tent. some rachet hangers for the leds and a new 6" scrubber. so....


here is my plan:

I am going to gut the big fans from the cabinet. I will use one for the scrubber and set it up going through the tube vertical in the 4x4 tent like dez has his vert setup. And.... thats exactly what I am going to do. Eliminate the AC. go 4x4 vertical 600w hps in that tent. Cabinet will become vegger so I will do an led fixture soon for that one.

Then... when the led cycle ends I will get another 4x4 tent to rock that. This will give me what I am looking for I think. Then I will have the 2x4 tent ready as a mom chamber when I get into a new place where I can do a bit more.


Its on like donkey kong. Probably have to start a new thread next cycle cuz of all the hype. LOL

also just ordered the few parts needed for the new veg light in the cabinet. I am exited, gonna be fun to upgrade space.

I never thought Id say this.... But before I go gutting the cabinet out for parts does anyone here know someone in socal who would want a super cabinet? Talking like 600$ bucks to cover replacement parts for the tent setups I am going with Its complete with AC and grows buds.
