So I need call mag and flavor. Since dolomite lime won't dissolve in h2o (?) Will it dissolve in lemons giving me an awesome orgo flowering nute? What do you think?

Lemon juice (or anything acidic) will dissolve the lime more readily than water.

Whether that plants will like it is another story...

@Pattahabi hey thanks I always thought the hydro store guys were pushing the petrol a little hard. Yes CALcium and magnesium are important nutrients from what I've read. I'm thinking I would get calcium citrate and magnesium citrate from this mixture. They're both sold as dietary supplements. Meaning if you can eat it you can smoke it duh. Sugar and similar things make buds taste great.
I wanted to see if someone knows about my idea from experience.
I'll be looking at the orgo thread it looks like a good read thanks again patta
OK @SpicySativa this was my thinking. I'm trying to add more cal mag with dolomite without re-potting. I'm going to try it !

nothing is going to change the flavor of your plants but the plants them selves....and the lemon juice will fry your plants bad..its a PH of about 3....sugars will not be taken in by plants..it just feeds the soil....some carbos will be taken in since they are a small molecule...but sugar wont...even molasses just feeds soil...except for the minerals in molasses...they can be absorbed...

i mean there are tea recipes that specigically call for lime and gypsum powder to be added. look at organic feeding 101 by Mr. Nick stickied at top, and AACT teas from outdoor growers they are both really good.

Oh and just because the FDA says its okay to consume or because Centrum makes it in vitamins does NOT make it Okayto consume.! The USDA just approved gmo grass for cattle feed, and I Assure you it is Not safe to eat nor will it be safe to eat the animals grazing on such wicked death.

Though slacked lime Is actually also known as Edible lime back in the day and Is okay to consume and actually beneficial, and you can use it to pickle.

It might, or maybe it will taste like lemon
I will try anyway
What about that citrus sweetener stuff? How's that work?
Matt Rize has a thread on here about using Citric Acid and how real good organic growers do use it.

And honestly some of the Best Cleanest bud I have ever had had the fresh scent of clean lemon and orange rinds...which isn't necessarily lemony or orangy but Clean.

I Am definitely making a citrus tea nute, I am going to boil a bunch of orange rinds in water and add that with a banana peel tea and cucumber peel ash and dry molasses when I flower.

Yes he is right, even Matt Rize says the juice/real citric acid NOT ascorbic acid, is used for. PH Down.

Though I did just read molasses is a good chelating agent.

He is right, but I will say they selllke grape flavor enhancers and purple prodcers. So I would say Something Does affect taste, but as Tyson said it will not Effect taste, only Affect it.
