Cloudflare captchas on every post?

Cloudflare is requiring me to fill out a captcha on nearly every post or page request I make. I am using Tor. I have enabled cookies for this site (a serious security risk for your readers) to no avail. At one time I was able to get around this by changing identities, but this no longer works. When your security measures put your readers at risk, something is seriously wrong. If this continues, I will no longer contribute to this site.

Seems some ass hole is so desperate for attention he has to follow me around the site.

Since about a week ago I've been getting CF captchas constantly, I can't even read the site. It used to be I would only get captchas during "netflix-o-clock" (usa after work time) so I just would avoid RIU during those times. Now it is nearly constant. I'll solve the captchas and get to open a few new posts but then it's hitting me again before I can even look at pictures in those threads.

Really annoying, please fix it.

I don't understand why management wants to make it difficult to remain anonymous.
