what would you do?? end or continue partnership

I need some outside views/opinions am I just being greedy or should i cut my loses and walk away??
Background story..
Buddy and I bought a house to reno and have an op in the basement. I provided all seeds and clones and live there to manage the veg / flower room. Everything went alright house is almost done and were gonna sell after the next crop in a couple months.

We ended up renting a place too and having his family member stay there for free we pay all the bills. 4 months later at 2g a month got a phone call with a hundred different bullshit reasons we have to get everything out. Basically they fucked us, took all the money I was giving and had been holding off an eviction but at least let me know 48hrs before the landlord was coming to kick them out and change the locks... So i chopped everything 2 weeks early gave it to him to dry and took all our shit out. may as well have thrown it out he left it in garbage bags of course all went brown and moldy.

So he got another place lined up now where all we need to pay is power/water but can anyone else see why Im hesitating? I'm not prepared to take another 30-40k loss.

I have 200 clones ready to go for this new place but I'm at a crossroad I don't really want to do another with him because of all the problems we've had . at the same time I don't want to just give up all the work I've already done when this one seems the most promising and I'm sure he'd fuck it all up on his own since I do all the growing. Heres where the greedy part comes in.. He does the selling.. hasn't even been doing much of that lately since its not great but most of that falls on him so I'm torn I want to continue on my own because i love doing this but I don't have the space right now or the contacts...

What would you do??
I know forsure when we sell this place I'm getting my own place to reno and at least one for personal and the few people I deal with.

So should I do this one with him? or just say fuck it let him take it all and walk away ? Or do you think if I gave all the clones I would be entitled to a % ? Help me out anyone please

Thanks for all the replies it looks like were all thinking the same thing but its hard to give all this up like that. Im looking at it like a free place to grow minus a few hundred for hydro. so let's say 200 atleast 2oz each thats 25lb about 50k and in my financial position that would solve my problems but there's so many variables could effect that outcome. Its strictly the money aspect that I'm considering and only because there are no real risk on bills besides hydro everything else is already got and paid for ..

I'm probably going to walk, just have to come to terms with another loss. Whats a fair price for 200 clones to a 50/50 partner?

Sell your stuff, tell them you are giving up weed forever and go do your shit elsewhere and let no one in on your business.

I agree partnerships never work. I took a loss a long time ago. I invested in a grow at someone else's house. The dude took all my soil and mixed it up with his garbage soil. he managed to kill damn near everything I planted. he over watered all the time. he got drunk and left the flower room door open. The thing that ruined the grow was when he locked me out. I couldn't do anything to my own plants until he was ready. then when I finally got to garden, all my plants would be moved around and soaking wet. It was a mess I lost at least $1000. I got my lights and some shitty clones half were junk hermaphrodites. @modene my advice is don't partner up when growing unless you like drama.take some clones of the clones and sell him the rest and get out. sounds like he dont know what hes doing letting the bud rot like that. Your doing all the work and getting screwed. I would sell the bud to him instead of having a partnership. you shouldn't depend on him so much to unload it. get your own place and make some friends that smoke.

You are the grower. He needs you more than you need him. I've been in your position but with different variables. I even handed back keys this summer to a 5 room place. I'm practically impossible to work with. Yeah sure I'm easy going, swap clones etc but to pin me down on a project is near enough impossible. Why? Because I've been there and things can get ugly. In your case they already kind of have, enough to give you second thoughts. Some things aren't meant to be.

@Dr.Pecker so true that's all its been is drama. Im definitely getting my own place I'm sure I could move it I haven't really had to but selling to him makes sense or a couple buddies that do 5packs might be able to help me out.

@lahadaextranjera in a way ya things have gotten ugly its been a bit of a rollercoaster. I'm easy going too so I've gone for the ride but Im starting to see different endings then the ones he's painting in his head
